仮骨延長法 (DO) は手術技法を広く臨床的に1,2,3,4人間の下位1,2の上部3骨延長、後偽関節、骨や顎顔面再建法4のように同様に骨腫瘍切除の術後骨欠損の再生治療。骨骨骨切り術、創外固定器の配置後の再生につながるを行います。切り離した骨四肢互いから離れて緩やかな気晴らし2希望の伸長に到達する移動しています。統合期間に依存して、中にないより伸びがあります。
行う手順は、3 つの段階に分かれています: 遅延、気晴らし、および統合します。一般的には、7 日間の潜伏期間を切り4の直後に開始します。これは、骨修復治癒プロセス4の最初のステップを開始することができます。潜伏期間は、再生のカルスおよび周囲軟部組織1,2,4に牽引力を適用する、気晴らしの期間が続きます。目的の伸長に達したら、気晴らしが停止し統合期間を開始します。この期間中は、創外固定器は再生骨がその除去をサポートする十分な機能まで維持されます。
