Qui, descriviamo un protocollo per immunofluorescenza intero supporto e basate su immagine quantitativa analisi volumetrica degli embrioni del mouse in fase precoce. Presentiamo questa tecnica come un potente approccio qualitativamente e quantitativamente valutare strutture cardiache durante lo sviluppo e proponiamo che possa essere ampiamente adattabile ad altri sistemi dell'organo.
