Ramie, allgemein bekannt als 'China Grass' ist eine mehrjährige Pflanze, deren Faser als ein ausgezeichnetes Material für die Textil Industrie1,2genutzt werden kann. Es ist eine der wichtigsten wirtschaftlichen Nutzpflanzen in China heimisch; die Produktion von Ramie in China verbucht seit mehr als 90 % der Gesamtertrag im Welt1,2. Ramie-Faser ist eines der stärksten und längsten Pflanzenfasern, glänzend mit einer fast seidige aussehen3,4. Die lange Dauer der Ramie-Faser machen es ideal für einzelne Faser Spinnerei, die selten in der Bast Faser zu sehen ist. Das Textil hergestellt aus Ramie-Faser besitzt viele hervorragende Eigenschaften, wie kühle, antibakteriell, hervorragende Wärmeleitfähigkeit, Lüftung, etc.3,4
Zellulose ist der Hauptbestandteil von Ramie Fasern und anderen Bauteilen im Ramie, wie Pektin, Lignin, Wasser lösliche Materialien sind definiert als5,6Zahnfleisch. Ramie-Faser kann extrahiert werden, indem man das Zahnfleisch in Lösung mit chemischen Reagenzien, in einem Prozess definiert als Entschleimung5,6. Vor allem zwei Ansätze der Ramie-Faser-Extraktion: chemische Entschleimung und Bio-Entschleimung. Der Energieverbrauch, Zeitverbrauch und COD Wert der Entschleimung Abwasser in traditionellen chemischen Entschleimung ist ziemlich hoch, als Zellulose Faser wird gewonnen durch Scheuern roh Ramie in konzentrierter NaOH unter hohem Druck für 6 bis 8 h7,8 . Alternativ ist die Bio-Entschleimung eine umweltfreundliche Option für Ramie-Faser-Extraktion. Allerdings hemmen die harsche Reaktion Zustand und hoch entwickelte Ausrüstung seine weitere industrielle Anwendung9,10. Daher Oxidation mit Wasserstoffperoxid Alkali Entschleimung stellt ein wertvolles und alternative Anwendung zu konzentrieren, denn es erfordert Entschleimung kürzer und niedriger Entschleimung Temperatur11,12. Jedoch aufgrund der starken Oxidation Fähigkeit von der Peroxide auftreten erhebliche Zellulose Abbau der Entschleimung Prozess die Faser Eigenschaften13,14große schädigen können. Dies ist der größte Nachteil von Alkali Peroxid Oxidation Entschleimung von Ramie.
In früheren Studien wurde Ramie-Faser in einem Alkali-Wasserstoffperoxid-System unterstützt nur durch Natriumhydroxid15gewonnen. Durch die starke Basizität von Natriumhydroxid, die Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit der Oxidation des Wasserstoffperoxids war jedoch schwer zu kontrollieren und so führte zu großen Schaden an der behandelten Faser-7. Zur Verbesserung der Eigenschaften der Ramie-Faser ist eine kontrollierte Freisetzung Alkali-Quelle, die aus Natriumhydroxid und Magnesiumhydroxid besteht, verwendet in dieser Studie bieten eine Alkali-Bedingung und Puffern den pH-Wert von Alkali-Wasserstoff-Peroxid-System16 , 17.
Die Logik hinter dieser Technologie kann wie folgt beschrieben werden. Magnesiumhydroxid ist leicht löslich in destilliertem Wasser, und es kann lösen sich allmählich in die Entschleimung Lösung mit dem Verzehr von OH– und halten den pH-Wert und damit Oxidation Fähigkeit der Entschleimung Lösung in einen geeigneten Bereich18. Die Substitution (SR) von Magnesiumhydroxid ist definiert als des Maulwurf-Anteils von NaOH durch Magnesiumhydroxid unter total Alkali-Dosierung von 10 % ersetzt, und die Substitution-Rate kann durch die folgende Gleichung berechnet werden. Darüber hinaus können Mg2 + Zellulose Beeinträchtigung durch Oxidation19,20verhindern.

Hier M2 (g) ist das Gewicht der Mg(OH)2M1 (g) ist das Gewicht von NaOH, 40 ist das Molekulargewicht von NaOH, 58 ist das Molekulargewicht des Mg(OH)2, 2 ist die Anzahl der OHs in Mg(OH)2und SR ist die Substitution.
Die Technologie dieses Protokolls kann zum Extrahieren, Bleichen und verändern von pflanzlichen Rohstoffen in einem Alkali-Wasserstoff-Peroxid-System erweitert werden. Allerdings ist darauf hinzuweisen, dass die Auswahl der pH Wert und Reaktion Temperatur der Alkali-Wasserstoff-Peroxid-System Schlüssel für diese Technologie21. Der pH-Wert der Alkali-Wasserstoff-Peroxid-System kann durch Ändern der Substitution Rate17eingestellt werden. Der pH-Wert und damit Oxidation Fähigkeit der Alkali-Wasserstoff-Peroxid-System mit zunehmender Substitution Rate zu verringern. Wenn die Reaktionstemperatur auf 85 ° C eingestellt ist, die radikalische Reaktion spielt die Hauptrolle in das System und die starke Oxidation des Systems eignet sich für die Auflösung von Materialien; Wenn die Reaktionstemperatur auf 125 ° C eingestellt ist, die radikalische Reaktion wird gehemmt und eine große Menge von HOO im System, das System eignet sich zum Bleichen19vorhanden.

Dieses Protokoll veranschaulicht eine Methode für die Ramie-Faser-Extraktion durch Scheuern roh Ramie in einem Alkali-Wasserstoff-Peroxid-System unterstützt durch eine kontrollierte Freisetzung Alkali-Quelle. Die Faser aus Ramie extrahiert ist eine Art von textilen Materials von großer Bedeutung. In früheren Studien wurde Ramie-Faser in einem Alkali-Wasserstoff-Peroxid-System unterstützt nur von Natriumhydroxid gewonnen. Durch die starke Basizität von Natriumhydroxid, die Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit der Oxidation des Wasserstoffperoxids war jedoch schwer zu kontrollieren und so führte zu großen Schaden an den behandelten Faser. In diesem Protokoll wird eine kontrollierte Freisetzung Alkali-Quelle, die aus Natriumhydroxid und Magnesiumhydroxid besteht, einen Alkali-Zustand und den pH-Wert der Alkali-Wasserstoff-Peroxidesystem-Puffer verwendet. Die Substitution von Magnesiumhydroxid kann den pH-Wert des Wasserstoff-Peroxid-System anpassen und hat großen Einfluss auf die Fasereigenschaften. PH-Wert und Oxidations-Reduktions Potenzial (ORP) Wert, der die Oxidation Fähigkeit der Alkali-Wasserstoff-Peroxid-System darstellt, wurden mit einem pH-Meter und ORP Meter, bzw. überwacht. Die restlichen Wasserstoffperoxid-Gehalt in Alkali-Wasserstoff-Peroxid-System während der Extraktion und der chemische Sauerstoffbedarf (CSB) Wert von Abwasser nach der Extraktion der Faser werden von KMnO4 Titration Methode getestet. Die Ausbeute der Faser ist mit einer elektronischen Präzisionswaage gemessen und restliche Zahnfleisch der Faser werden durch eine chemische Analyse-Methode getestet. Der Grad der Polymerisation (PD-Wert) der Faser wird durch eine intrinsische Viskosität-Methode mit der Ubbelohde-Viskosimeter getestet. Die Zugfestigkeit Eigenschaft der Faser, einschließlich Festigkeit, Dehnung und Bruch, ist mit einer Faser Stärke Instrument gemessen. Fourier-Transformation Infrarot-Spektroskopie und Röntgenbeugung werden verwendet, um die funktionellen Gruppen und Kristall-Eigenschaft der Faser zu charakterisieren. Dieses Protokoll beweist, dass die kontrollierte Freisetzung Alkali-Quelle die Eigenschaften der Faser gewonnen in einem Alkali-Wasserstoff-Peroxid-System verbessern kann.
