Immunoprecipitation כרומטין (ChIP) מצמידים תגובת שרשרת של פולימראז כמותית (qPCR), רצף תפוקה גבוהה (צ'יפ-seq) הפכו את השיטות של הבחירה ללמוד שעתוק ו epigenetic בקרת גנים ברקמות שונות סוגי תאים1. טכניקה זו מאפשרת הגנום כולו פרופיל של שינויים כרומטין קוולנטיות, תפוסת variant היסטון שעתוק מקדם האיגוד2,3.
