Este protocolo paso a paso analiza el comportamiento de geotaxis negativa de Drosophila mediante un sistema automatizado de varios cilindro que aloja cientos de moscas y sincroniza su acción por un motor eléctrico. Sobre sincronización, es analizar comportamiento mosca geotaxis negativa, grabados digitalmente y analizados usando el software RflyDetection diseñado.
