gene regulation and targeted therapy in gastric cancer peritoneal metastasis: radiological findings from dual energy ct and pet/ct

胃癌は癌率の 5 年生存のわずか 20%-30% と世界で 4 番目。腹膜転移は、予後の決定的な要因を切除不能胃癌に伴う転移の最も頻繁なタイプです。防止し、腹膜転移の開発を制御するが胃癌患者の生存を延長するうえで役割を果たします。非侵襲的かつ効率的な映像技術な侵略と腹膜の転移プロセスを特定して、腫瘍結節治療への応答の変更を監視するのに役立ちます。これは、開発プロセスの正確な説明と胃癌の分子機構を得ることになります。最近二重エネルギー CT (DECT) とポジトロン断層法/コンピューター断層撮影法 (PET/CT) のプラットフォームを使用して検出のためのヌードマウス モデルにおける胃腫瘍転移の監視実験を説明しました。DECT と PET/CT 毎週継続的な監視は、腹膜転移の動的な変化を識別できることが分かった。胃癌マウス モデルで sFRP1 過剰発現を示した放射線パフォーマンス、高い fdg と増加の強化、および、SUVmax (標準化された吸収値) 結節の実証で明らかな変質傾向肯定的ですTGF-β 1 阻害剤の標的治療への応答。この記事では、モデル動物を用いた胃癌腹膜転移により複雑な研究を実施する非侵襲的画像検査手順の詳細な説明し、代表的な撮像結果を提供します。非侵襲的イメージングを使用する必要がありますより腫瘍形成のメカニズムを理解して、腫瘍の成長を監視し、胃癌に対する治療介入の効果を評価する私たちを有効にします。
