1. 安置前的评估准则

esophageal heat transfer for patient temperature control and targeted temperature management

案例 1: 脑膜炎 36名体重为64公斤的 year-old 妇女被承认患有严重的链球菌 pyrogenes 脑膜炎。她的体温从38.2 ° c 增加到40.0 ° c 六小时后;醋氨酚和外部冷却毯证明不成功, 以充分降低温度。
食管温度管理开始于48小时, 病人的体温从39.4 ° c 降至37.8 ° c, 在4时。在接下来的12小时内, 病人的体温继续下降到36.6 ° c, 并在36° c 和37° c 之间维持5天。7天胃镜检查显示, 食道温度管理装置没有任何变化。
