1. ito 制版

</ol>3. 蒸发室的准备工作

</ol>4. 有机层的蒸发

oled 是一个多层有机堆栈, 夹在两个电极之间, 至少有一个电极是透明的。每一层, 设计相应地对其最高占用分子轨道 (homo) 和最低未被占用的分子轨道 (lumo) 及其固有的流动性, 在整个装置中具有特定的功能 (注入、堵塞和运输)。该机制是基于相反的电荷载体 (电子和孔) 在设备上移动, 他们在特定的层相遇, 重组形成激子, 并从这些激子的失活来发射光子6。这个光子将是发生失活的层的特征 7,8,9。因此, 在等待分子设计策略的情况下, 可以合成不同的红色、绿色和蓝色发射器, 并将其应用到堆栈中。将它们放在一起, 还可以生产 10、11 的白色设备。oled 堆栈的发射层通常基于客人将客人分散到主机中的来宾主机 (g-h) 系统, 以避免淬火光9 和副反应12。
有几种方法可以推动分子发光, 最近还实施了热激活延迟荧光 (tdf) 13、14、15.tdf 允许通过在称为反向系统交叉 (risc) 的过程中通过一个小的单次三乘能量分裂, 通过三胞胎的能量分裂, 将器件的外部效率从典型荧光发射器的5% 提高到30%。有几种方法可以形成基于 tadf 的高效 oled: 在文献中最常见的方法之一是 g-h 系统, 在该系统中, 发射状态由一个分子16、17、18形成。第二个系统使用电子供体 (d) 和电子受体 (a) 分子之间形成的显子发射器, 这些分子被简单地称为供体受体 (d-a) 系统15,19, 20,21;据报告, 有少量 tdf 材料和装置, 产生非常高的外部量子产量14, 达到19% 的 eqe22, 这清楚地表明正在进行非常有效的三胞胎收获, 而且有100种内部量子效率的百分比是可能的。在这些基于 tasf 的 oled 中, 在选择合适的主机材料时必须小心, 因为环境的极性会改变电荷传输 (ct) 状态, 使其远离局部激发 (le) 状态, 因此会降低 tdf 机制。要考虑的程序与其他荧光发射器23相似.此类器件具有相对简单的堆栈结构, 通常为3至5层有机层, 无需p-i-n结构24, 从而产生了 2.7 v 左右的超低开启电压和最大厚度约为 130 nm 的情况有机层, 以保证良好的充电平衡。
除了材料的特性外, 多层堆栈的生产可以基于真空热蒸发 (vte), 也可以基于自旋涂层, 前者更频繁地用于小分子。它要求精确控制每一层的温度、压力、环境、速率和厚度。对于发射 g-h 层, 必须控制共同蒸发的速率, 以获得所需的比率。同样非常重要的是清洁用于 oled 的基板, 这可能会导致整个发射像素25的不工作设备或不均匀的排放。
