Heri, præsenterer vi en protokol til rotte 3D kultur hjerne-afledte glia celler, herunder astrocytter, mikroglia og oligodendrocytes. Vi demonstrere primære cellekultur, methacrylated hyaluronsyre (HAMA) hydrogel syntese, HAMAphoto-polymerisation og celle indkapsling og prøve behandling for Konfokal og scanning elektron mikroskopisk billeddannelse.
