Hierin presenteren wij een protocol voor de 3D cultuur van rat hersenen-afgeleide glia cellen, met inbegrip van astrocyten, oligodendrocyten en microglia. We tonen primaire celculturen, methacrylated hyaluronzuur (HAMA) hydrogel synthese, HAMAphoto-polymerisatie en cel inkapseling en monster verwerking voor confocale en scanning elektronen microscopische beeldvorming.
