יש לנו הציג שיטה פבריקציה נוספת עכבה חשמלית ספקטרוסקופיה (EIS) - און --מחט (EoN: EIS-ב--מחט) כדי לאתר היעד רקמות בגוף על ידי מדידה וניתוח ההבדלים עכבה חשמלית בין biotissues שונים. מאמר זה מתאר את שיטת ייצור אלקטרודות interdigitated בסדר (אידו) בקצה של מחט תת-עורית באמצעות תרסיס photoresist ציפוי גמיש סרט photomask בתהליך פוטוליתוגרפיה. פוליאתילן terephthalate (PET) חום הפסיכיאטר צינור (HST) עם עובי קיר של מיקרומטר 25 הוא מועסק כשכבת בידוד, פסיבציה.
