-에-전기 임피던스 분광학 (EIS)에 대 한 제작 방법 소개는-바늘 (EoN: EIS-바늘)을 측정 하 고 서로 다른 biotissues 사이 전기 임피던스에 차이 분석 하 여 본문에 대상 조직 찾습니다. 이 문서는 포토 리소 그래피 공정에서 포토 레지스트 스프레이 코팅 및 유연한 필름 포토 마스크를 사용 하 여 피하 주사 바늘의 끝에 정밀한 센서 전극 (Ide)의 제조 방법을 설명 합니다. 폴 리 에틸렌 테 레프 탈 산 (애완 동물) 열 수축 튜브 (하와이) 25 µ m의 벽 두께 단 열 및 패 시 베이 션 층으로 사용 됩니다. 애완 동물 하와이 표준시 절연 코팅 재로 널리 사용 되었습니다 poly(p-xylylene) 고분자에 비해 높은 기계적 내 구성을 보여줍니다. 또한, 하와이 표준시는 누대에 화학 손상을 제한에 대 한 유리는 대부분 산 및 기초, 좋은 내 화학 성을 보여줍니다. EoN의 사용은 특히 화학/생체 또는 산 성/기본 화학 물질을 사용 하 여 제조의 특성에 대 한 선호 이다. 조작 간격과 Ide의 너비는 20 µ m, 작은 되며 전체 너비와 길이 Ide의 400 µ m와 860 µ m, 각각. 피하 주사 바늘의 팁 (피하 주사 바늘의 팁과는 Ide의 시작 지점 사이의 거리)에서 제조 여백 680 µ m로 작습니다 나타내는 biotissues에는 불필요 하 게 과도 한 침략 동안 피할 수는 전기 임피던스 측정입니다. EoN 갑 상선 생 검 및 척추 공간에 마 취 약물 전달에 대 한와 같은 임상 사용에 대 한 높은 가능성이 있다. 또한, 종양의 부분 절제술을 포함 하는 수술에도 EoN 채택 될 수 있다 정상 사이 수술 여백 (정상 조직의 종양의 외과 절단 제거 됩니다)를 감지 하 여 훨씬 정상 조직을 최대한으로 보존 하 고 병 변 조직입니다.
