1. 实验的准备

	<li>准备至少10毫升的支持电解液溶液。电解液溶液应符合标准电化学实验的相同要求,即其浓度应至少比分析物浓度高100倍。在干乙腈或二氯甲烷中, 电解液可以是4NPF6的 0.2 M 溶液, 样品浓度为 1 mM。水溶液, 如 1 M H2,4 (aq), 也可用于拉曼光谱。如果有可能, 使用最高纯度的溶剂和电解质。</li>
	<li>在溶液中存在的分析物光谱电化学的情况下, 在电解液溶液中制备至少1毫升的 1 mM 浓度的分析物溶液。</li>
	<li>将氩气 (或氮气) 聚四氟乙烯管放入溶液中, 并开始冒泡至少5分钟, 以去除溶液中的残余氧气。控制气体流量, 使溶液表面仅出现小气泡。不要使用太高的气体流量;否则, 溶剂将从容器中蒸发。为了减少溶剂蒸发, 可以使用含溶剂饱和的气体。在这种情况下, 惰性气体在流向电解液溶液之前必须流经带有干溶剂的容器。</li>
</ol>2. IR 光谱电化学
<ol><li>在开始光谱电化学分析7之前对被测物运行电化学 (循环伏安) 测试, 以便确定氧化还原过程发生的电位范围或氧化还原过程的可逆性。</li>
	<li>组装实验单元, 配备三个电极 (工作网格铂, 辅助和参考) 如图 1所示。用纯溶剂填充, 确保无泄漏。在泄漏情况下, 请更正电池的安装。当电池紧时, 用注射器取出溶剂。</li>
	<li>打开 IR 光谱仪和相应的软件。</li>

</ol>3. 反射模式下的 IR 光谱电化学

在拉曼光谱电化学研究的例子中, 研究了聚苯胺膜在苯胺 electrografted 层上沉积的潜在诱发结构变化 (图 5)。拉曼光谱记录在恒电位条件下的 1 M H2, 因此4解决方案在 800-1700 厘米-1范围内使用 830 nm 激发激光和1200线光栅25。
