Målrettet gen redigering bruger CRISPR/Cas9 har høj grad lettet forståelsen af de biologiske funktioner af gener. Her, udnytte vi CRISPR/Cas9 metoden til model calreticulin mutationer i cytokin-afhængige hæmatopoietisk celler for at studere deres mutationer aktivitet.
