Este protocolo descreve um método novo para criar um modelo de elementos finitos espacialmente detalhada da arquitetura intracelular do cardiomyocytes de imagens de microscopia confocal e microscopia eletrônica. O poder deste modelo espacialmente detalhada é demonstrado usando estudos de caso em sinalização de cálcio e Bioenergética.
