visual evoked potential recordings in mice using a dry non-invasive multi-channel scalp eeg sensor

実験用マウスの頭皮脳波研究環境では非侵襲的な変形、および再利用可能なプランジャー スプリング バレル構造ファセットおよび金属に起因する機械的強度のためドライ型 16 チャンネル脳波センサーを設計しました材料。視覚誘発電位応答、 vivo でマウスから取得するための全体のプロセスは 4 つのステップで構成されています: (1) センサー アセンブリ、(2) 動物の準備、(3) 視覚誘発電位測定、(4) 信号処理。サブミクロン電圧信号の解像度を持つ複数のマウスから誘発反応の代表的な測定とサブ百ミリ秒時間分解能について述べる。提案手法と比較されるがより安全より便利なその他以前動物脳波取得方法の報告、信号対雑音比を向上させる方法、自由に動物の移動にこの手法を適用する方法などの問題が残っています。この手法は、簡単に利用可能なリソースを利用し、十分な信号品質の反復的な視覚誘発電位応答を示しています。したがって、このメソッドは、縦の実験的研究、非侵襲的なパラダイムを利用した信頼性の高いトランスレーショナルリサーチに利用できます。
