Veel klinische vordert in lever transplantatie kunnen worden toegeschreven aan dierproeven. Rat OLT is een veel gebruikte en goed aanvaard model in het onderzoek van orgel behoud, transplantatie-immunologie, fysiologie en pathologie. Echter het is ook een zeer ingewikkelde procedure en geavanceerde microchirurgische vaardigheid vereist. Het model van de rat van orthotopic lever transplantatie (OLT) is essentieel voor transplantatie onderzoek1,2. De eerste rat OLT werd beschreven door Lee et al. in 19733. In dat model, werden alle vaartuigen gereconstrueerd door de techniek van de hand-hechtdraad. De hand-hechtdraad techniek vereist geavanceerde microchirurgische vaardigheden, die aanzienlijk beperkt het gebruik. Sindsdien zijn er verschillende wijzigingen in het oorspronkelijke protocol van rat OLT gemeld. Onder hen, de techniek van de manchet voor wapendrager van de portal vein (PV) en infrahepatic vena cava (IHVC) gemeld door Kamada et al. in 1979 wordt beschouwd als een belangrijke verbetering van dit model, aangezien het aanzienlijk vereenvoudigd de wederopbouw procedures4 . Echter, als gevolg van de korte voorste muur van de ontvangers suprahepatic vena cava (SHVC), de manchet techniek is zeer moeilijk te gebruiken voor de wederopbouw van de SHVC. Wij hebben een paar van magnetische ringen specifiek voor de anastomose van de SHVC bij ratten ontworpen. Onze recente studie heeft aangetoond dat de magnetische wapendrager techniek superieur aan de hand-hechtdraad techniek voor de wederopbouw van de SHVC van de rat OLT16 is. Het doel van dit artikel is een gedetailleerde, stapsgewijze protocol voorzien in SHVC wederopbouw in ratten met behulp van de roman magnetische wapendrager-techniek.

Het model van de rat van orthotopic lever transplantatie (OLT) is essentieel voor transplantatie-onderzoek. Het is een zeer geavanceerde diermodel en vereist een steile het leren kromme. De hepatische re arterialization werd niet uitgevoerd. De magnetische wapendrager techniek SHVC wederopbouw gemakkelijker gemaakt en aanzienlijk verkort de anphepatic fase. Na een redelijke leercurve, kunnen zelfs onderzoekers zonder geavanceerde microchirurgische vaardigheden produceren betrouwbare en reproduceerbare resultaten met behulp van dit model van de rat van OLT.

Na ongeveer 10 pogingen, de magnetische wapendrager techniek voor SHVC wederopbouw was met succes onder de knie door een onderzoeker die had geen voorafgaande microchirurgische opleiding.
