chemical precipitation method for the synthesis of nb2o5 modified bulk nickel catalysts with high specific surface area

Vi demonstrere en metode til syntese af NixNb1-xO katalysatorer med svamp-lignende og fold-lignende nanostrukturer. Ved at variere Nb:Ni ratio, en serie af NixNb1-xO nanopartikler med forskellige atomic kompositioner (x = 0,03, 0,08, 0,15 og 0,20) har udarbejdet af kemisk udfældning. Disse NixNb1-xO katalysatorer er karakteriseret ved røntgen diffraktion, X-ray photoelectron spektroskopi og scanning Elektron Mikroskopi. Undersøgelsen afslørede svamp-lignende og fold-lignende udseende af Ni0,97Nb0,03O og Ni0,92Nb0,08O på NiO overflade, og den større areal af disse NixNb1-xO katalysatorer, sammenlignet med hovedparten NiO. Maksimale areal af 173 m2/g kan fås til Ni0,92Nb0,08O katalysatorer. Derudover den katalytiske hydroconversion af lignin-afledte forbindelser ved hjælp af syntetiserede Ni0,92Nb0,08O katalysatorer er blevet undersøgt.
