De voorbereiding van nanocomposieten heeft steeds meer aandacht als gevolg van hun cruciale toepassing gekregen in verschillende veld. Ter voorbereiding van Ni-Nb-O gemengd oxide nanodeeltjes, hebben zoals droog mengen methode,7,1,2,3,4,5,6 verschillende methoden ontwikkeld 8 verdamping methode,9,10,11,12,13 sol gel methode, thermische ontleding methode van14 ,15 en auto-verbranding. 16 in een typische verdamping methode9, waterige oplossingen met de juiste hoeveelheid metalen precursoren, nikkel nitraat-hexahydraat en ammonium niobium oxalaat waren verhit tot 70 ° C. Onder verschillende strategieën in de ontwikkeling van nanodeeltjes fungeert chemische neerslag als een van de veelbelovende methoden te ontwikkelen van de nanocatalysts, omdat het toelaat de volledige precipitatie van de metalen ionen. Ook, nanodeeltjes van hogere oppervlakten worden vaak bereid met behulp van deze methode. Ter verbetering van de katalytische eigenschappen van Ni-Nb-O nanodeeltjes, rapporteren we hierin het protocol voor de synthese van een reeks van Ni-Nb-O gemengd oxide katalysatoren met hoge oppervlakte door chemische neerslag methode. We toonden aan dat de molaire Nb:Ni-ratio een cruciale factor is bij het bepalen van de katalytische activiteit van de stikstofoxiden naar de hydrodeoxygenation van lignine-afgeleide organische stoffen. Met hoge Nb:Ni verhouding boven 0.087, werden inactieve NiNb2O6 soorten gevormd. chemical precipitation method for the synthesis of nb2o5 modified bulk nickel catalysts with high specific surface area

We tonen een methode voor de synthese van NixNb1-xO katalysatoren met spons-achtig en vouw-achtige nanostructuren. Door het variëren van de verhouding van de Nb:Ni, een reeks van NixNb1-xO nanodeeltjes met verschillende atomaire composities (x = 0,03, 0,08 0,15 en 0,20) zijn opgesteld door chemische neerslag. Deze NixNb1-xO katalysatoren worden gekenmerkt door röntgendiffractie, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy en scanning elektronen microscopie. De studie bleek de spons-achtig en vouw-achtige uiterlijk van Ni0.97Nb0.03O en Ni0.92Nb0.08O op de NiO-oppervlak, en de grotere oppervlakte van deze NixNb1-xO katalysatoren, vergeleken met de bulk NiO. Maximale oppervlakte van 173 m2/g kan worden verkregen voor Ni0.92Nb0.08O katalysatoren. Daarnaast is de katalytische hydroconversion van lignine afkomstige verbindingen met behulp van de gesynthetiseerde Ni0.92Nb0.08O katalysatoren zijn onderzocht.
