chemical precipitation method for the synthesis of nb2o5 modified bulk nickel catalysts with high specific surface area

Vi viser en metode for syntese av NixNb1-xO katalysatorer med svamp-like og fold-lignende nanostrukturer. Ved å variere Nb:Ni forholdet, en rekke NixNb1-xO nanopartikler med forskjellige atomic komposisjoner (x = 0,03, 0,08, 0,15 og 0,20) har utarbeidet av kjemiske nedbør. Disse NixNb1-xO katalysatorer er preget av X-ray Diffraksjon, røntgen photoelectron spektroskopi og skanning elektronmikroskop. Studien viser svamp-like og fold-lignende utseende av Ni0,97Nb0,03O og Ni0,92Nb0,08O NiO overflaten og større areal på disse NixNb1-xO katalysatorer, sammenlignet med bulk NiO. Maksimal areal på 173 m2/g kan oppnås for Ni0,92Nb0,08O katalysatorer. I tillegg den katalytiske hydroconversion av lignin-avledet forbindelser med syntetisk Ni0,92Nb0,08O katalysatorer har blitt undersøkt.
