Vi beskriver trin-for-trin instruktioner til: 1) effektivt ingeniør tarm organoider ved hjælp af magnetiske nanopartikler til Lenti-eller antiretroviral transduktion, og, 2) generere frosne sektioner fra manipuleret organoider. Denne fremgangsmåde giver et effektivt værktøj til effektiv ændring af genekspression i organoider til undersøgelse af downstream-effekter.
