development of recombinant proteins to treat chronic pain

Kronik ağrı tedavi etmek zordur ve inatçı ağrı gidermek için yeni yaklaşımlar acilen ihtiyaç vardır. Anti-inflamatuar sitokinlerin zayıflatıcı acı koşulları nedeniyle kapasitelerini anormal nöro-bağışıklık etkileşimleri düzenleyen tedavisinde umut verici adaylar bulunmaktadır. Ancak, fizyolojik bir ağda çeşitli sitokinlerin çalışır ve bu nedenle onların tedavi edici etkiye tek başına ilaç olarak kullanıldığında en uygun olmayabilir.
