Dit manuscript beschrijft het protocol voor Bimolecular complementatie affiniteit zuivering (BiCAP). Deze nieuwe methode vergemakkelijkt de specifieke isolatie en downstream proteomic karakterisering van elk twee interacterende eiwitten, terwijl met uitzondering van VN-complexvorm individuele eiwitten evenals complexen gevormd met concurrerende bindende partners.
