Cet article décrit le protocole pour la Purification d’affinité de complémentation bimoléculaire (BiCAP). Cette nouvelle méthode facilite l’isolement spécifique et la caractérisation de la protéomique en aval de toute deux protéines qui interagissent, tandis que hors ONU complexée protéines individuelles ainsi que des complexes formés avec des partenaires de liaison concurrentes.
