1. 筹备工作

3. 2 天: 产生马铃薯原生质体

</ol>5. 3 天: 为流式细胞术准备样品
注: 除非另行注明, 样品应在冰上保存。

组织与基因型的差异

measuring endoreduplication by flow cytometry of isolated tuber protoplasts

Endoreduplication 组织间的差异

块茎大小和倍性的影响
