Apresentamos um protocolo para investigar os biomarcadores de expressão do mRNA de células periósteo-derivado (PDCs) induzidas pela vitamina C (vitamina C) e 1,25-dihidroxi vitamina D [1,25-(OH)2D3]. Além disso, avaliamos a capacidade dos PDCs para diferenciar em adipócitos, condrócitos e osteócitos.
