Presentamos un protocolo para investigar los biomarcadores de la expresión de mRNA de células derivadas del periostio (PDC) inducidas por la vitamina C (vitamina C) y 1, 25-dihidroxi vitamina D [1,25-(OH) D23]. Además, evaluamos la capacidad de PDC se diferencian en osteocitos, condrocitos y adipocitos.
