这项工作的目的是设计和开发一个高贵铸造时代的锰-铜-镍-铁-锌-铝合金，具有优越的阻尼能力和高使用温度，可以作为一个有希望的候选工程应用。简要的准备过程如下。第一步是准备原材料。二是将这些纯金属熔化在真空感应熔炉和沙漠大气中。三是使合金铸件通过定制熔融合金液体顺利地制成硅砂模具。第四，当砂模温度降至较低水平时，通过分解砂模来去除铸件。第五是使合金铸件的试样受到不同的热处理。最后，通过一系列表征和测试方法对薄微结构、阻尼容量和使用温度进行了系统的研究。锰-铜基合金具有降低噪声和振动的阻尼能力，这主要归因于以面为中心的立方产生的晶格失真，两种以面为中心的四面变换在面变换点以下。而面变换温度直接取决于锰铜基合金中的锰含量。也就是说，锰浓度越高，晶格失真越高。马腾西转化温度越高，在室温下获得的FCT相微测试阻尼锯越多。因此，阻尼能力越好。在这些锰铜基合金中，锻造锰-铜-镍铁合金在过去几十年中得到了广泛的研究和应用。研究人员发现，这种合金在适当的温度范围内通过老化处理能达到良好的阻尼能力，这主要是由于伽马母相分解成纳米级锰富脊和纳米级铜富脊，从而改善了阻尼能力。与锻造和成型相比，由于制造工艺简单、集成成本低、生产效率高等特点，铸件应用广泛。研究小组和其他主要研究人员研究了M2052合金S铸件阻尼能力和微观结构的影响因素。然而，M2052合金的铸造性能存在缺陷。例如，结晶温度范围广，铸孔隙性上升风险大，收缩度高等，最终导致机械实践不尽如人意。因此，为了解决这些问题，在这项工作中增加了锌和铝元素，以提高其铸造性能，并筛选出良好的阻尼能力和高使用温度的热处理工艺。最后，通过合金设计和热处理优化，获得了一种具有优异阻尼能力和高使用温度的锰-铜-镍-铁-锌-铝铸造老化合金。因此，有充分的理由认为它是工程应用的一个很好的选择。准备原材料。用65%电解锰、26%电解铜、2%工业纯铁、2%电解装饰、3%电解铝和2%电解锌来准备新合金。原材料是商用的。熔化和铸造工艺。在实验中使用中频真空感应熔炉。首先，准备模式。在这项工作中使用两种木图案。确保略微放大型板的大小以考虑收缩，并且加工允许这样做。其次，准备成型砂。将 4%至 8%硅酸钠和石英砂混合在一起。然后，手工制作模具。在成型烧瓶中放入两种图案。然后，在将成型砂撞在图案周围后滚过烧瓶，然后从砂中收回图案。用砂铸涂层刷砂模具表面，以提高铸件表面质量，减少铸件缺陷。最后，获得一个干砂模具，把砂模放在烤箱中，在180度烘烤8个多小时。第三，适合原材料。打开炉盖，将锰、铜镍、铁、锌和铝材料放入熔炉中。最后用干光盖住材料。第四，从烤箱中取出铸造模具，放入熔炉中。调整其位置以成功浇注。合上盖子，吸尘炉，打开热分配系统，开始熔化合金。精炼后，将熔融金属顺利倒入铸造模具中。最后，熔融金属完全凝固后，拿出铸造模具。当模具温度降至较低水平时，从铸件模具中拆下铸件。铸件的预处理。使用线性切割机从铸件切割试样。用于 XRD 测量和金属相观察的试样尺寸为十倍一毫米。用于DNA测量的样本的尺寸为0.8倍，是35毫米的10倍。热处理。将抛光试样分成七组，其中一组样品不受处理。保持铸造状态的纪念，并把他放在一个盒子类型的电阻烤箱不同的热处理。同质化处理的目的是减少树突分离。溶液处理的目的是固定杂质，以及不同的老化时间用于找出最佳参数，以优异的阻尼容量和使用温度。测试阻尼能力。使用动态机械分析测量试样的阻尼能力。在测试过程中，检测应用于试样的压力与试样产生的应变之间的面角数据。然后，将阻尼能力定性为 q 至负 1 的功率。由公式 q 到负 1 等于切长增量的功率确定。增量值越大，阻尼能力越好。简单的表征。对于树突微结构观察，在机械抛光后，在高氯酸和酒精的混合溶液中蚀刻所有标本约一分钟。然后，用丙酮清洁试样。用鼓风机干燥样品，用金属学显微镜观察树突结构。图七显示了 q 的强度振幅依赖力减去 1 的功率，其铸锰-铜-镍-铁-锌-铝合金试样，第一至第七，其铸造M2052。这些曲线表明，随后进行均质老化、溶液老化和老化，分别提高了S铸锰-铜-镍-铁-锌-铝合金的阻尼能力。其中，老化两小时，导致其中最高的阻尼能力。图八显示了热处理对微锰树突分离的影响。与试样一的微观结构相比，5、6号样品的锰树突分离在一定程度上弱化，而试样七的对应物没有明显差异。结果表明，均质化老化和溶液老化治疗弱化了微观锰分离，但直接老化治疗对锰的分离没有明显效果。根据温度依赖的阻尼能力曲线，阻尼能力迅速降低，温度升高。样品一、五至七的表面温度列于表2。可以清楚地看到，在435度下老化两个小时可以调用最佳使用温度。图九显示了晶格失真、q与负1功率的关系，以及受不同热处理的S铸锰-铜-镍-铁-锌-铝合金的使用温度之间的关系。显然，晶格失真与 q 与负 1 的功率和使用温度呈正相关。也就是说，晶格失真越大，阻尼容量和使用温度越好。结果表明，S铸锰-铜-镍-铁-锌-铝合金在435度下老化，实现了最高使用温度的最佳阻尼能力，这主要是由于最大的纳米级锰分离，导致合金最大晶格变形。高贵的S铸锰-铜-镍-铁-锌-铝合金，具有优越的阻尼能力和高使用温度，通过合金设计和热处理优化获得。最佳热处理工艺在435度下老化两小时，可产生最大的纳米级锰分离，与原S铸合金相比，显著提高阻尼容量和使用温度。这项工作对设计和制备新型锰铜基阻尼合金具有重要的意义，具有优良的工业应用性能。
