1. 在咖啡场内定义取样区

</ol>4. 服务陷阱

</ol>5. 植物物候服务区

</ol>7. 计算每个陷阱中的 CBB 数

</ol>8. 物候照片的评分

</ol>9. 解剖浆果以确定 CBB 位置

通过编制关于 CBB 位置、死亡率由 CBB、植物物候学和管理实践的数据, 可以获得有关造成感染的各种因素的全面看法. 在图 4中显示的示例场中, 在生长季节早期解剖的大多数浆果都是在 AB 位置 CBB 的, 而在本季晚些时候解剖的大部分浆果则在 CD 位置上 CBB。在浆果生产的高峰期之后, 从7月下旬到12月记录了七轮樱桃收获 (图 4)。最后, 本赛季在大约一个月的时间内进行了七次B. 白僵菌的应用, 观察到的 CBB 死亡率从 0-23% (图 4) 不等。最后, 虽然这里没有天气预报, 但温度、湿度和降雨信息的增加可能会进一步深入了解驱动 CBB 的因素, 以及白僵菌对咖啡场的有效性。
