Anastomoz kaçağı Kolorektal cerrahi sonrası felaket bir komplikasyondur. Kaçak Önleme için geçerli yöntemleri klinik etkinliğinin farklı düzeylerde olmasına rağmen onlar kadar şimdi kusurlu çözümleri vardır. Kök hücre tedavisi ASC sayfalarını kullanarak bu soruna bir çözüm sağlayabilir. ASCs gibi gelecek vaat eden adaylar doku trofik ve immunomodulatory özellikleri nedeniyle şifa teşvik için kabul edilir. Burada, kolorektal anastomoz kaçağı azaltmak için fare modeli üzerine nakledilen yüksek yoğunluklu ASC levhalar, üretmek için yöntemleri sağlar. ASCs hücre sayfaları kolayca müstakil ısı duyarlı kültür yemekleri kurdu. Nakli günü, kısmi bir kolektomi ile 5-dikiş kolorektal anastomoz gerçekleştirildi. Hayvanlar hemen 1 ASC sayfa başına fare ile nakledilen. ASC sayfaları kendiliğinden herhangi bir yapıştırıcı, dikiş veya herhangi bir biomaterial olmadan anastomoz yapıştırılır. Hayvan grupları 3 ve 7 gün feda postoperatively. Transplante hayvanlara göre anastomoz apse ve kaçak insidansı denetim hayvanlarda daha yüksek. Bizim modelinde, ASC sayfaları nakli kolorektal anastomoz sonra başarılı ve daha düşük bir sızıntı oranı ile ilişkili.
