회전 타원 체 (다세포 집계)는 인간의 신체에서 살아있는 조직의 좋은 모델으로 간주 됩니다. 회전 타원 체 문화에서 중요 한 발전에도 불구 하 고 perfusable 혈관 네트워크는 spheroids에 유지 하 고 단백질 식 및 morphogenesis 같은 그들의 기능을 개발 하는 데 필요한 장기 문화에 대 한 중요 한 도전 남아 있습니다. 프로토콜 미세 장치에서 회전 타원 체 내 perfusable 혈관 네트워크를 통합 하는 새로운 방법을 선물 한다. Perfusable 혈관 네트워크는 회전 타원 체에 유도, 신생 콩나물 microchannels에 연결 된 인간의 폐 섬유 아 세포는 회전 타원 체에 경작에서 신생 요소를 활용 하 여는 회전 타원 체를 유도 했다. 신생 콩나물 회전 타원 체, 회전 타원 체, 공동 경작 하는 내 피 세포와 합병을 도달 하 고 지속적인 혈관 네트워크를 형성 했다. 혈관 네트워크 어떤 유출 없이 회전 타원 체의 내부를 perfuse 수 있습니다. 생성 된 혈관 네트워크 영양분의 공급과 혈액 순환 비보를 흉내 낸 폐기물의 제거에 대 한 경로로 추가 사용 수 있습니다. 메서드를 사용 하면 조직 생활의 더 나은 재현 부로 회전 타원 체 문화에서 새로운 플랫폼을 제공합니다.
