Här, delar vi våra erfarenheter med PVRP. Först PVRP aktiverat bättre exponering av prostata kapseln med lämplig avgränsning och minskade risken för kapsel perforation. Det andra utföras vävnad avlägsnande längs kirurgiska kapseln, särskilt med spåret klockan 12, vilket underlättar vävnad resektion runt taket av prostatahyperplasi urinröret och ger en tillfredsställande vävnad avverkning. Även om transuretral resektion av prostata (TURP) accepteras fortfarande som guldmyntfoten i benign prostatahyperplasi (BPH) kirurgisk behandling, blivit laser operationer gradvis mer populär på grund av den bättre patientens toleransen, mindre intraoperativ blodförlust, tillfredsställande effekt och kortare postoperativ återhämtning1,2,3. För närvarande är de vanligaste lasrarna för BPH behandling över hela världen genererade av litium kalium titanylsulfatlösningen fosfat eller litium triborate (LBO) kristaller4,5. Traditionellt har klassificeras dessa som sidefiring laser jämfört med andra typer av laser, såsom laser holmium och tulium laser.
Photoselective förångning av prostata (PVP) kirurgi kan avsevärt minska TURP syndrom på grund av saline bevattning6,7, och jämfört med andra typer av lasrar, pålitlig effekten av nedre urinvägarna syndrom (LUTS) genom PVP verifierades av en rad studier8,9,10. PVP är associerad med sida-bränning laser utsläpp har dock också några nackdelar, inklusive en energiförlust på nästan 20% och en kort livslängd av laser fiber11,12,13. PVP ökar dessutom möjligheten att missad diagnos av prostatacancer på grund av komplett vävnaden förångning.
Införandet av Photoselective Vaporesection av prostata (PVRP) med en slut-bränning fiber övervann framgångsrikt de flesta av nackdelarna med PVP som nämns ovan. Första är tipset kapabel att sändande laser till vävnader med nästan ingen energiförlust intraoperatively. När fiber skräp samlar på spetsen, är det andra enkla att underhålla perfekt uteffekten genom att helt enkelt ta bort delarna som påverkas. Slutligen, laser resektion möjliggör insamling av prover för postoperative patologisk undersökning. Därför kunde använder detta protokoll vid behandling av BPH öka vävnad avlägsnandet graden, spara den operativa tid och förbättra intraoperativ säkerheten.

Förekomsten av nedre urinvägarna symtomen (LUTS) orsakade av godartad prostataförstoring (BPH) är ett vanligt problem med hög incidens i den åldrande manliga befolkningen. Även om det inte är en livshotande sjukdom, orsakar BPH problem som allvarligt påverkar livskvaliteten. Här introducerar vi en ny teknik som kallas photoselective vaporesection av prostata (PVRP) vid behandling av BPH, som kan ses som en variant av photoselective förångning av prostata (PVP). Proceduren ger flera fördelar jämfört med PVP tekniken inklusive mindre laser energiförlust, mindre intraoperativ komplikationer samt mer vävnad resektion.

Totalt 35 patienter som genomgick PVRP ingick i en av våra studier. Patienternas medelålder var 72,1 ± 7,1 år (intervall 53-85 år).
