Burada, bir güçlü tarama platform (Şekil 1) kurmak için basit tasarım ilkelerine dayanan bir strateji tanıtmak. İlk olarak, çok yönlü, yapay hücresel microenvironments nanofiber dizi ve bir mikrosıvısal yapısı kullanarak oluşturmak için entegre bir platform geliştirme prosedürü açıklamak: Multiplexed yapay hücresel MicroEnvironment (MACME) dizi (Şekil 1A ve 2A). Nanofiber dizi nanofiber malzeme ve yoğunlukları farklı kombinasyonlarda 12 farklı microenvironments var. Electrospinning nanofibers imal etmek kullanıldı.
