practical use of rna interference: oral delivery of double-stranded rna in liposome carriers for cockroaches

تدخل الجيش الملكي النيبالي ([رني]) وقد طبقت على نطاق واسع للكشف عن الوظائف البيولوجية للعديد من الجينات، وتوخيت كالآفات مراقبة أداة تعمل عن طريق تعطيل الجينات الأساسية. ورغم أساليب مختلفة، مثل حقن، التغذية، وامتصاص، للنجاح في إيصال الحمض النووي الريبي مزدوج-الذين تقطعت بهم السبل (dsRNA)، الكفاءة [رني] من خلال التسليم الشفوي من دسرنا اختلافاً كبيرا بين مختلف مجموعات الحشرات. الصراصير الألمانية، جرمنيك Blattella، حساس بدرجة كبيرة إلى حقن دسرنا، كما أظهرت العديد من الدراسات التي سبق نشرها. ويصف هذه الدراسة وسيلة للبرهنة على أن دسرنا مغلفة مع الناقلين الحويصلية كافية تؤخر تدهور دسرنا عصير الأمامي. جدير بالذكر أن تغذية مستمرة من دسرنا المغلفة بواسطة الدهنية إلى حد كبير يقلل التعبير tubulin في الأمامي، وأدت إلى وفاة الصراصير. وفي الختام، لصياغة واستخدام ليبوبليكسيس دسرنا، التي تحمي دسرنا ضد نوكليسيس، يمكن أن يكون استخدام عملي من [رني] للسيطرة على الآفات الحشرية في المستقبل.
