testing the role of multicopy plasmids in the evolution of antibiotic resistance

Multicopy plazmid Prokaryotlarda son derece bol miktarda bulunmaktadır ancak bakteri evriminin içindeki rollerine kötü anlaşılır kalır. Biz son zamanlarda Gen kopya numarası multicopy plazmid tarafından sağlanan hücre başına artış plazmid kodlanmış genler evrimi hızlandırmak gösterdi. Bu çalışmada, biz multicopy plazmid gen evrim teşvik yeteneğini test etmek için deneysel bir sistem mevcut.
