1. 抗体的选择

</ol>4. 检测优化
注: 使用单分子阵列分析仪软件的自制配置30。 单分子阵列分析仪由软件控制, 允许运行化验标准化, 执行样品 quantifications, 修改外部参数 (珠, 探测器, SBG, RGP 浓度; 样品稀释...) 和内部参数 (步骤数, 孵化时间...), 以达到最佳的化验条件, 也可以用来计算结果 (背景, LOD, 数量)。对于单分子阵列分析仪的设置和计算每轮优化所需的试剂量, 请参阅制造商的说明。使用2步配置执行第一轮优化。

</ol>5. 化验特异性和重现性

6. 蛋白质竞争化验

development and validation of an ultrasensitive single molecule array digital enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for human interferon-&#945;
