murine salivary functional assessment via pilocarpine stimulation following fractionated radiation

Hyposalivation otoimmün reaksiyon Sjoegren Sendromu veya aşağıdaki radyasyon hasarı büyük tükürük bezleri için yaygın olarak görülmektedir. Bu gibi durumlarda, hastalığın patogenezinde ve etkili müdahaleler ile ilgili sorular kalır. Ekzokrin bezi biyoloji, disfonksiyon ve tedavi soruşturma için çok değerli tükürük bezlerinin işlevsel değerlendirme sağlar en iyi duruma getirilmiş bir tekniktir.
