Nous présentons ici un protocole visant à créer un modèle de souris chimériques du foie humain de l’hypercholestérolémie familiale à l’aide des hépatocytes de dérivés de cellules souches humaines pluripotentes induites. Il s’agit d’un modèle précieux pour tester de nouvelles thérapies pour l’hypercholestérolémie.
