Burada tPMET spektrofotometrik deneyleri aracılığıyla gerçek zamanlı analiz için bir yöntem mevcut. measuring trans-plasma membrane electron transport by c2c12 myotubes

Trans-plazma membran elektron taşıma (tPMET) hücre dışı oksidanlar ile hücre içi indirgeyici stres hücrelerden korunması hem de hasar koruma bir rol oynar. Bu işlem için hücre dışı oksidanlar hücre içi reductants elektron taşıma iyi tanımlanmış değildir. Burada hücre dışı elektron alıcısı kullanan tPMET izlemek için C2C12 myotubes tarafından spektrofotometrik deneyleri mevcut: suda çözünen tetrazolium tuz-1 (WST-1) ve 2,6-dichlorophenolindophenol (DPIP veya DCIP).
