murine distal colostomy, a novel model of diversion colitis in c57bl/6 mice

양 대 장 염 (DC)는 환자에서 발생 하는 diverting enterostomy의 결과로 지저분한 스트림에서 제외 장 세그먼트와 자주 임상 조건입니다. 이 질병의 병 인 병이 정의 남지만 크 론 병과 궤 양성 대 장 염 같은 클래식 선 동적인 장 질병의 차이가 나타납니다. 이 질병의 개발을 선도 pathophysiological 메커니즘을 해독 하기 위한 연구는 적절 한 murine 모델의 부족에 의해 심각 하 게 방해 되었습니다. 이 프로토콜은 면역 체계의 역할 및 DC의 개발에 미생물와의 상호 작용의 연구를 용이 하 게 하는 DC의 murine 모델을 생성 합니다.
