Her beskriver vi en protokoll for å undersøke prenylation og guanosine-5'-trifosfat (GTP)-lasting av Rho GTPase. Denne protokollen består av to detaljerte metoder, nemlig membran fraksjoneres og en GTPase-koblede immunosorbent analysen.
