Aqui descrevemos um protocolo para investigar a Prenilação e guanosina-5'-trifosfato (GTP)-carregamento de GTPase. Esse protocolo consiste em dois métodos detalhados, nomeadamente o fracionamento de membrana e uma GTPase-lig da imunoabsorção do ensaio. O protocolo pode ser utilizado para medir a Prenilação e GTP carregamento de diferentes outras GTPases pequenas.
