血管造影は、様々 な分野で血管構造の研究のために不可欠なツールです。本研究の目的は、シリコーン ゴム射出化合物・軟組織 x 線システムを使用して固定されていない、新鮮な組織の微細血管構造を調べるための簡易血管造影法を紹介することです。本研究ではフラップの領土形成外科で使用される特にが重視されています。本研究では、ラットを用いた種々 の実験条件で複合シリコーン ゴム射出と血管造影を採用しています。まず、MV 化合物の 15 mL と 15 mL の希釈剤は混合されます。硬化剤 1.5 mL を準備し、ラットの総頸動脈で 24 G のカテーテルを cannulated しました。三方活栓は、カテーテルに接続し、放射線不透過性エージェント準備の硬化剤と混合された後は注入されるすぐに流出なし。最後に、エージェントが立体化、試料が収穫された、軟 x 線装置を用いて血管像。このメソッドは、その高品質の血管造影血管の微細構造を示す容易かつシンプルに内から取得できます時間の短い期間で示します。
