bronchoalveolar lavage exosomes in lipopolysaccharide-induced septic lung injury

Akut akciğer hasarı (ALI) ve Akut Respiratuar distress Sendromu (ARDS) yüksek morbidite ve mortalite bulunmaya devam ediyor akciğer hastalıkları heterojen bir grup temsil eder. ALI moleküler patogenezi daha iyi tanımlanmış; Ancak, hastalık karmaşık yapısı nedeniyle moleküler terapiler geliştirilecek için henüz. Septik akciğer yaralanmalara neden fareler mayi LPS (15 mg/kg) ile tedavi edildi. LPS yönetim 24 h içinde nötrofilik akını akciğerlerde, Şekil 1A' gösterildiği gibi görüldü.
