Quantum integrerede kredsløb (QICs) bestående af array af planar og ballistiske Josephson vejkryds (JJs) baseret på i0,75GA0,25som to-dimensionelle elektron gas (2deg) er påvist. To forskellige metoder til fremstilling af de to-dimensionelle (2D) JJs og QICs diskuteres efterfulgt af demonstration af kvante transport målinger i sub-Kelvin temperaturer.
