Quantum integrated circuits (QICs) bestaande uit array van planaire en ballistische Josephson-kruisingen (JJs) op basis van0,75ga0,25als tweedimensionaal ELEKTRONEN gas (2deg) wordt gedemonstreerd. Twee verschillende methoden voor de fabricage van de tweedimensionale (2D) JJs en QICs worden besproken, gevolgd door de demonstratie van Quantum Transport metingen in sub-Kelvin temperaturen.
