Os circuitos integrados do Quantum (QICs) que consistem na disposição de junções planar e balísticos de Josephson (JJs) baseados sobre em0,75GA0,25como o gás bidimensional do elétron (2deg) são demonstrados. Dois métodos diferentes para a fabricação dos JJs e dos QICs bidimensionais (2D) são discutidos seguidos pela demonstração de medidas do transporte quântico em temperaturas de sub-Kelvin.
