Abbiamo sviluppato un modello di cancro al seno eterogeneo costituito da cellule del tumore e del fibroblasto immortalate incorporate in un bioink di alginato/gelatina bioprintable. Il modello ricapitola il microambiente tumorale in vivo e facilita la formazione di sferoidi multicellulari tumore, producendo la comprensione dei meccanismi di tumorigenesi di guida.
