Den TLIF er ett av flere alternativer tilgjengelig når de vurderer terbody fusjon for degenerative plate sykdom og spondylolisthesis. cone beam intraoperative computed tomography-based image guidance for minimally invasive transforaminal interbody fusion

Transforaminal korsrygg terbody fusjon (TLIF) er vanligvis brukt for behandling av spinal stenose, degenerative plate sykdom, og spondylolisthesis. Minimal invasiv kirurgi (MIS) tilnærminger har blitt brukt på denne teknikken med en tilknyttet reduksjon i estimert blodtap (EBL), lengde på sykehusopphold, og smitte priser, samtidig som resultatene med tradisjonell åpen kirurgi. Tidligere MIS TLIF teknikker innebære betydelige gjennomlysning som pasienten, kirurg, og operasjonsstuen ansatte til ikke-trivielle nivåer av stråling eksponering, spesielt for komplekse multi-level prosedyrer. Vi gave en teknikk det utnytter en intraoperativ beregnet tomografi (CT) avsøke å hjelp inne plasseringen av pedicle skruen, føle etter av tradisjonell gjennomlysning for bekreftelsen av bur plasseringen. 50 pasienter gjennomgikk kirurgi med denne teknikken under en enkelt kirurg (AC). Gjennomsnittsalderen var 53 år (varierer 29-84 år) med 30 kvinner og 20 menn. Pasienter presentert med følgende patologi: spinal stenose (n = 45), spondylolisthesis (n = 29), fasett cyster (n = 5), degenerative skoliose (n = 3), og cauda equina syndrom (n = 1). Komprimer forsiktig stengene for å indusere lordose før du fester stengene med låsesettskruer.Etter å ha fått en endelig fluoroskopi, lukk thoracodorsal fascia med en null polyglactin 910 sutur og subkutant vev med en 3-0 polyglactin 910 sutur. Deretter omtrentlig hudkanter med hud lukking strimler og påfør en vanntett dressing til såret.
