co-immunoprecipitation assay using endogenous nuclear proteins from cells cultured under hypoxic conditions

רמות חמצן נמוכות (היפוקסיה) לעורר מגוון תגובות מסתגלת עם הגורם היפוקסיה-inducible 1 (HIF-1) מורכבים מתנהג כמו הרגולטור הראשי.
